Beautiful comfort chalet with sauna, open fireplace and free WLAN. The 8-seater express gondola lift to the La Tzoumaz - Verbier - 4 Vallées ski area can be easily reached on foot - approx. 350 m. The snow-covered valley run leads back to the cable car station. 7 bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. Spaciousness, well thought-out layout and high-quality furnishings characterise the special living quality of Chalet Michelle. Wonderful panoramic hillside location, just above the ski resort of La Tzoumaz. The centrepiece of the chalet is the spacious living room with cosy fireplace corner and flat-screen TV on the 1st floor. Access to the wrap-around balcony with fantastic views of the mountains. The bright dining area is ideal for cosy chalet evenings. Very well and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. There is also a double room and a room with bunk beds on this floor. Separate WC in the corridor.
The 2nd floor has a bedroom with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. There are 3 further double bedrooms on the ground floor. After an eventful day of skiing, you can relax perfectly in the sauna. There is also a shower in the sauna area. You can store your skis and boots in the ski room. There is a private car park directly in front of the chalet.
Chalet Michelle stands for "holidays of short distances": on a path - not paved - ~150 m to the village centre with supermarket, restaurants, après-pubs, childcare. Approx. 350 m to the ski slope and the 8-seater express cable car - connection Verbier/4 Vallées - as well as the ski school, the ice rink and the indoor swimming pool.

Please note: The maximum occupancy of the chalet is 16 people, even if there are more beds available.

Ski info Altitude of chalet ~1,550 m; altitude of ski area up to 3,300 m with glacier; 410 km of pistes, 95 lifts, largest ski area in Switzerland. 10 km toboggan run, accessible by cable car.

Summer info: In the summer season free use of the La Tzoumaz - Verbier mountain railway and VIP pass with other free offers such as mini golf and Verbier outdoor pool. In summer there are reduced additional costs: 20 CHF per person/week for electricity + heating (May to September). A wide range of activities such as hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, tennis, golf (in Verbier) and fishing. In La Tzoumaz there is the Trail of the Senses at an altitude of 1700 metres, with 12 'sensory stations' and an exhibition on the regional flora and fauna. Pleasant walks, e.g. sections of the typical Valais 'bisses' (irrigation channels). The Bisse de Saxon leads directly past the chalet and on via Nendaz to Vercorin. Total network of paths around 150 km. Interesting excursion possibilities due to the location in the border triangle Switzerland - Italy - France, e.g. with the Mont Blanc Express to Chamonix, or over the Great St. Bernard Pass into the Italian Aosta Valley. To the bathing lake 'Les Iles' approx. 20 min. by car.
