A covered veranda with a garden table and a Ticino fountain provides a cool atmosphere on hot days. The granite garden barbecue is also at your disposal. Deckchairs and a parasol are available in the garden for quiet and relaxing hours. Reserved and signposted parking space 40 metres from the residence. A child-friendly environment and pets are allowed.
The garden flat is equipped to the latest standards, such as glass ceramic hob, dishwasher, white floor tiles and laminate flooring. The kitchen is open to the living room. The beautiful river Maggia with walking paths and many bathing spots can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Shops such as COOP supermarket, fine bakery, pharmacy, café bar can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The bus station is a 5-minute walk away. Further important addresses, tips for good restaurants and grottis can be found in the dossier, which is available for you in the flat. The three most famous grottos in Losone can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes.
There is a separate entrance for each flat, the flats are very bright with many windows and are aired and thoroughly cleaned after each stay. Bed linen and towels are washed at 60 degrees.
