The nostalgic BARONY LE PERGOLE with 3 villas and a total of 10 flats, all with private entrances directly from the outside (non-smoking) of different sizes for 1-9 persons, is located in the most exclusive residential area of the municipality of LUGANO, namely in Castagnola at the foot of "Monte Brè" near the lake and at the beginning of the romantic lakeside path to the picturesque fishing village of "Gandria". The exceptional historic residence is peacefully and sunnily enthroned away from any disturbance from municipal and cantonal roads above a terraced Mediterranean tree garden with palm trees between the private cul-de-sac "via Violetta" and the ancient olive footpath "Viottolo degli Agavi" of Lugano-Castagnola.

Communal indoor swimming pool 4x8 m for swimmers aged 8 and over accompanied by adults - subject to charge - in operation from June to September with 140 m2 of communal sun terraces with table tennis, deckchairs and parasols are available to guests.
Subject to official closure at any time due to Covid.

However, in 130 m via private road + stairs down to the lake communal boat and bathing jetty (free of charge) and in 500 m via ancient olive footpath to the lido "Lido San Domenico" with swimming in the lake (for a fee).

All flats are tastefully and comfortably furnished, some with valuable antique furniture (for connoisseurs): Washing machine with integrated tumble dryer and/or communal tumble dryer in the wash house on the communal terrace. TV, safe and WiFi (free of charge), air conditioning and/or air conditioning units. Electricity consumption to be paid according to meter.

To: lake with bathing jetty (for adults) and landing stage 130 m + steps, scheduled boat at the "Villa Heleneum" museum 250 m, Lido San Domenico 400 m, bus 70-400 m, restaurants 300 m, grocers, Lido Lugano, tennis court, fitness centre, mountain railway to Monte Brè 1.2 to 1.5 km. Centre of Lugano 2.5 km. Residence managed by the owner, who lives on site.
