Our single-family house is located at the entrance to the village of Menzonio in the Lavizzara valley. The location is very quiet, the house is surrounded by a garden and shrubs and borders the forest.
The house has 6 rooms, which are arranged on 2 floors. In detail, there are 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room with TV, a living room with fireplace and a fully furnished open kitchen. Outside there is a beautiful terrace with pergola a fireplace and 3 gardens.
There are free parking spaces 100 metres away, and the post bus stop is also 100 metres away. Quiet area, surrounded by peace and greenery.
House well located for trips and excursions, all well signposted. River 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car, with parking spaces nearby. Good starting point for discovering the valley and visiting other villages.
The 'Osteria del Paes' (Bar-Restaurant) is open daily except Wednesdays and has a large terrace and is located in the village centre. The village shop is open daily from LU-SA from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Located in front of the Paes inn.
Children's playground next to the main car park. A church and a small oratory to be discovered. A small but very special village to discover with very peaceful walks, the possibility of seeing old houses, stables, animals, fountains or wash houses...
