With the best attractions and the lakefront of Morcote just a stone’s throw away, this modern and elegant retreat for 4 is the perfect oasis for relaxation and exploration. Located on the first floor, the holiday apartment is surrounded by peace and dappled with sunshine.
Internally, the one-bedroom apartment offers a tasteful design elevated by modern concepts and features. In the living room, there are comfy sofas and a flat-screen TV, while the fully-equipped kitchen has indoor dining, featuring all essential modern kitchen equipment like an oven, Nespresso machine, toaster and fridge.

Lake Lugano offers a fantastic range of tourist attractions to suit all ages and interests; from the Alprose Chocolate Factory, Villa Cicogna Mozzoni, FoxTown Factory stores, the Mount Tamaro adventure park, the hiking trails and Santa Maria degli Angeli hotspots to the panoramic views from Monte San Salvatore, the ‘Splash e Spa’, popular ‘Swissminiatur’ and the fantastic family Lido, Golf and Tennis clubs found in the beautiful lake capital of Lugano. All these attractions are within a 10-25 minute drive from here. Alternatively, guests can take the ferry from Morcote, with the ferry services just a couple of steps from the apartment.
