Enjoy your holiday in our comfortably furnished 3-room holiday flat, which is located in a beautiful two-family house on the ground floor. The tranquillity and the breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore, the Magadino plain and Monte Ceneri, far from any thoroughfare, are the perfect retreat for all those who are looking for relaxation in nature without wanting to do without modern comforts.

The flat offers a cosy living room with sofa, TV and a separate dining area, which invites you to linger together. Two bedrooms, each equipped with two beds, offer restful nights. A cot is available for the youngest guests. In the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and electric hob, you can easily prepare meals for the whole family.

Outside, a large terrace invites you to sunbathe. Sun loungers and parasols are provided for your relaxation. A pergola with barbecue and fireplace allows you to socialise in the open air. Thanks to the sunny, quiet hillside location, this is a wonderful place to retreat and regenerate.

The Riazzino Al Bosco post bus stop is approx. 15 minutes' walk away and the post bus runs every hour, ensuring good connections to the surrounding villages.
