Description

We are renting out our newly renovated 3.5-room flat in the exclusive villa district of Ruvigliana. The "Appartamento d'oro" is located at the top of a flat block with only 6 freehold flats. You can reach the house by public transport from the nearest bus station in less than 10 minutes; there is a large private parking space for your car in the covered communal car park. A wide staircase with 7 steps takes you to the entrance of the house, where you will find the lift, take it to the 3rd floor, and after a further 9 steps you will be greeted by the "Appartamento d'oro". The effort was worth it! Step into the large, light-flooded flat and then go out onto the balcony: a marvellous 180° panoramic view over Lake Lugano awaits you! This description shows that the holiday flat is not recommended for people with walking difficulties; for the same reason and because of the location of the flat and balcony at a height of over 12 metres, we do not find it suitable for families with small children. However, if you, like the other residents of the house, value a magnificent view in a unique atmosphere and accept the helpful house rules*, then you will experience unforgettable, enjoyable and relaxing holidays in the "Appartamento d'oro"! (*The most important points of the house rules: quiet at night from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m., quiet on Sundays and public holidays, no noisy parties, set the TV to room volume, do not use loudspeakers for music on the balcony:
1) In addition to the bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, large mirror and plenty of storage space, the "Appartamento d'oro" also has a separate room with a second WC, washbasin and mirror cabinet, which our previous guests have greatly appreciated.
2) The fee for check-in/check-out appears on the invoice under the heading "administration costs".
