Willkommen in unserem wunderschönen Studio Antico und Arte "TIZIAN DI TEGNA" im Tessin. 5km von Ascona und Locarno entfernt - 3 Gehminuten zum Strand von Tegna im schönen Centovalli gelegen.

Als Basis für eine unvergesslichen Erholungs- und Aktiv-Urlaub dient Ihnen das grosszügige und künstlerisch eingerichtete Studio (45m²) im 1. OG mit Schlafempore, 1 Doppelbett 160cm breit, 1 Schlafsofa 90cm breit, grossem, hellen, offenen, hohem Wohnzimmer, Essecke antik, Veranda, Garten und einer Pantry Küche.

6 km von der Piazza Grande Locarno, 6 km von Ascona und 45 km vom Bahnhof Lugano entfernt. Unsere Unterkunft am Strand bietet 1 kostenfreien Privatparkplatz und kostenfreies WLAN, TV, Nespressokapselmaschine, Toaster, Smoothiemaker. Kleine Hunde sind erlaubt und kosten einmalig CHF 30.00.

Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden im Apartment gestellt. Strandtücher im Sommer sind ebenfalls inklusive.

Ein Kinderspielplatz ist vorhanden und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Apartments können Sie Räder ausleihen oder z.B. klettern in Ponte Brolla, an der Maggia wandern und vieles mehr.
