About this space
3-room apartment on the Lugano lake with outdoor pool and garden. Surrounded by green, with direct and private access to the lake, it offers opportunities for outdoor and water activities. A grill area and stone tables are right on the lakeshore. In front to the train station and to public transport the place is 1 hour away from Milan city and Malpensa airport, with direct train connection. A small indoor pool with a hot sauna cabin are available when the outdoor pool closes during cold season.

The space
The day area is one space living room with kitchen. A generous sliding window opens to a balcony facing the outdoor pool and the lake. The terrace has an incredible view of the lake and its surroundings, and is large enough to accommodate seating and eating outside.
The master bedroom overlooks the garden and is equipped with a double bed with drawers and a wardrobe. The second bedroom faces the park behind and is equipped with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. A generous bathroom is in between the 2 bedrooms while a second small toilet is serving the day area.

Guest access
The outside pool is of common use for the apartments of the building, and it' s usable from May to middle/end of September between 8:00 til 13:00 and from 14:00 til 22:00.

The indoor pool with the hot sauna cabin are available just when the outside pool closes during the cold season; from middle/end of September to May.
