Well-kept studio with a dream view.
The Residenza Viramonte is a well-maintained holiday complex consisting of six houses. It is situated on a beautiful, sunny hillside above the village of Vira.
The high-quality flat no. 6 is located in the house Aurelia. From the flat you have an unrestricted view of Lake Maggiore.
With 47m2 of living space and a 10m2 balcony, the large studio offers plenty of room for two people and is dominated by clear lines and warm colours, from the light laminate flooring to the furniture and accessories. You will feel at home straight away.
Imagine sitting comfortably on the balcony with a glass of Ticino Merlot in front of you. The sun slowly disappears behind the mountain peaks, Lake Maggiore lies mirror-smooth at your feet and the lights of Locarno greet you across the lake.

1-room flat with living area, comfortable open sleeping alcove with 1 double bed (separate mattresses), ceiling fan, sofa, 48-inch 4K OLED TV, CD radio stereo system, WiFi. Kitchen with dishwasher (replaced in 2021), large fridge with freezer compartment, oven, kettle, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, spices.
The plot is 16'000m2 in a park-like, well-kept hillside location with pool (20x8m), deckchairs, sunbathing lawn, rustico with changing room and WC, barbecue with granite table and benches, garden chess, table tennis, playground, fitness room, ground-level and lockable bicycle room, WM & TU in the adjoining house. Quiet, familiar surroundings.
The bus stop Scesana number 326, 330 is only a few metres away.
Non-smoking flat - pets not allowed!
