Casa Aurelia, flat 11
The cosy 2-room holiday flat with a covered, spacious terrace (approx. 18m2) is located in the Casa Aurelia house above Vira. The house, built in the Ticino country house style, is part of the Residenza Viramonte holiday complex. Six houses are spread over a well-kept hillside plot of around 16,000 square metres.
Come in, look around and feel at home. This flat, furnished with great attention to detail, will immediately make you feel like you're on holiday. Due to its elevated position, flat number 11 offers a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the opposite side of the lake from Locarno to Tenero.
The 60 m2 flat offers space for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. The furnishings are very bright and modern. In the high, light-flooded rooms, you will quickly leave everyday life behind you.
Situated on the edge of the forest, the flat is very quiet and protected from prying eyes.
The bedroom (13m2) has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The living room is furnished with a modern armchair and a sofa bed. A solid, round wooden table offers space for 6 people.
In the kitchen, which is open to the living room, you will find everything you need for cooking. A Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), kettle, toaster, raclette oven, sandwich toaster and much more are at your disposal. The kitchen also has a fridge, oven and dishwasher.

Guests at Residenza Viramonte have access to a fitness room, a pool with well-tended gardens, sun loungers, a children's playground, a table tennis table, a communal barbecue in the pergola by the pool and a communal washing machine.
A lockable bicycle garage is available for bicycles, and the Scesana bus stop, 150 metres away, is served by bus lines 326 and 330. The village of Vira can be reached on foot in 20 minutes along a beautiful hiking trail.
