Beautiful holiday flat with TOP view in a small paradise with pool. The one-room flat is located in a park-like, secluded property above Vira with its own swimming pool, rustico, spacious sunbathing lawn and panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and Locarno, fitness room, chess board and playground. The perfect place for rest and relaxation. With its old churches and narrow streets, Gambarogno has largely retained the character of the past. The covered balcony offers a magnificent view of Lake Maggiore and Locarno at any time of day. The fully furnished flat is located on the 2nd floor, without lift, in Casa Fiona of the very well-maintained Residenza Viramonte. The Residenza Viramonte consists of 6 houses on a well-kept hillside plot of approx. 16000 m2. Each house has a heat pump for hot water and heating. The flat itself is 46 m2 and has new windows with triple glazing. The beds are made and the bathroom and kitchen linen are laid out. Please bring your own large towels for the pool and beach.
