The high rooms with sloping ceilings and exposed beams give the flat a spacious and airy feel.
From the balcony there is a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore and the opposite shore with Ascona and Locarno and the surrounding mountains.
Living room with sofa bed for 1-2 people (160 cm wide), satellite TV and WiFi, as well as direct access to the balcony.
The bedroom with double bed (2x100x200 cm) is an open alcove adjoining the living room,
large wardrobe and direct access to the balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer compartment.
There is also a kettle, filter coffee machine, espresso machine (Nespresso capsules) and a toaster.
There is enough crockery, glasses and cutlery for 4 people.
