This 1.5 room flat has approx. 40 square metres of living space, with an unobstructed view of the lake. This small studio flat is located in the Residenza Viramonte, Casa Daniela, between Lake Maggiore and the mountains. This park-like holiday complex has a fantastic view over the lake and into the mountains.

The flat is on the 1st floor and has an underground parking space. The flat was completely renovated a few years ago. It has a modern kitchen and a bathroom with a modern walk-in shower and WC, as well as a living/sleeping area with direct access to the terrace/balcony and uninterrupted views over the lake. It has a large window front facing the lake; the view from there will make your heart beat faster.

The Residenza Viramonte has a well-kept, large garden with a swimming pool with sunbathing areas as well as a fitness studio, outdoor chess, table tennis, pergola directly by the pool with a large gas barbecue, etc.

Residenza Viramonte can be reached by car via a well-maintained road; a bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away.
The sights in Vira and Lake Maggiore are approx. 25 minutes' walk away.
The village of Vira has a boat station, shops for daily needs, pharmacy, post office, tennis courts and various cafés and restaurants.
Location: Vira (Gambarogno) is located on the southern side of the Alps in the Swiss canton of Ticino, where Italian is the main language spoken.

Around 20 % of Lake Maggiore belongs to Switzerland and around 80 % to Italy. The Residenza Viramonte is located approx. 1.5 km by road or approx. 150 m as the crow flies from Lake Maggiore, with a fantastic view of the lake.

The complex with several houses and small residential units is situated in an elevated position and is the perfect place for your holiday. From here you can easily go on excursions; a car is an advantage or almost necessary to discover the Ticino from here.
