Description
The two-storey holiday house built in 2015 is in the popular holiday town of Dramlj on the Crikvenica riviera. It is near the centre. It is ideal for a relaxing family holiday, but it also has a lot to offer active holiday-makers and water sports enthusiasts.
You can relax on the covered terrace on the ground floor, which is equipped with garden furniture and grill, outdoor pool, and there are two parking spaces at the house. On the upper floor you have a covered and furnished balcony, which is located in front of the bedroom.
This house has a living area of ??100 m² and can accommodate six people. It is tastefully decorated in friendly colors
The ground floor has a bathroom and a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine. The living room has a seating area with satellite TV and a comfortable sofa bed (180 x 200 cm) for two people. The dining area next to it offers space for six people. The adjoining modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm). The upper bathroom is also equipped with a shower and toilet. There are two air conditioners in the house as well as a free wireless internet connection that works about 50 meters outside.
850 metres away is a beach and there is a sandy beach about 1950 metres away. The centre of Dramalj is very small, but it has a little grocery shop, a church and a restaurant, where you can have lunch. It is only a 70-metre walk to the centre. There are cafés and further restaurants by the sea, about 700 to 850 metres from the house. It is about 150 metres to the nearest grocery shop and the nearest supermarket is about 600 metres away.
