Villa with several apartments and pool with a lovely view, near the beach and the centre The villa is in Dramlja in green and quiet surroundings near Crikvenica on the Croatian Adriatic coast, near the beach and the centre. In total there are twelve comfortably furnished apartments with a balcony, for a relaxing holiday. Each apartment has a parking space. A number of staff are available to assist you during your stay. It is possible to rent an electrill grill for use on the balcony of your apartment (please book in advace, fee required). The house has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi in the courtyard, where you can enjoy your free time.Use of the pool is possible from 15.06.2019 until the end of the summer season. The nearest beach is just 300 metres away and the ideal family beach Kacjaku is 1.2km away. There are restaurants and shops within a kilometre and it is 1.2 kilometres to the centre with many restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, bakeries and various shops. Sports enthusiasts can cycle, go mountaineering, fishing, diving, play tennis or golf.

This 58m² apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed. The living room has a sofa bed, a dining table and chairs and a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, watercooker and coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath (whirlpool) and there is also a separate WC with a washing machine. Satellite TV and free Internet access are available. You can enjoy the wonderful view from the roofed balcony with garden furniture and electric grill (electric barbecue ). For all villas guests shared pool is available.
