Luxart Krk spa Residence 1 is situated in a very good location, just a few minutes from the town centre.
Shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars, souvenir shops, cafes, beach, ATM, all these facilities are reachable in a few minutes walk.
This residence is located on the ground floor of the building, and has a large terrace with hydromassage pool. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs, deckchairs and a barbecue.
The kitchen is fully equipped and in the living room there is a sofa that can be pulled out and offers sleeping accommodation for 2 people. A baby cot is available on request.
Within the complex we also have Play Station 5, a total of 2 flat screen televisions.
This residence is located on the ground floor, and has a very large terrace, with hydromassage pool. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs, deckchairs and a barbecue.
Krk is the cultural centre of the island of the same name in the Kvarner Bay. The town with its almost unpronounceable name has developed over time into one of the most popular holiday destinations in northern Croatia.
The harbour and the Riva waterfront promenade separate modern Krk from the historic part of the town. The modern part of town is home to holiday homes, holiday flats, hotels and holiday resorts. From the lively, friendly Riva waterfront promenade, you can enter the 2000-year-old walled urban centre through the medieval town gate. The Vela placa square right at the beginning is the centrepiece where life pulsates. Shops, cafés and restaurants invite you to stroll around.
Kamplin Square, which is also home to the old Frankopan fortress and the city's landmark, the cathedral bell tower, serves as an open-air stage for classical concerts and jazz festivals against a historic backdrop during the summer months.
Drazica beach, which slopes gently into the crystal-clear sea, is particularly popular with families with children. But the other beautiful beaches and bays of Krk are in no way inferior to Drazica and guarantee bathing fun and unforgettable holidays for the whole family.
In the evening hours, the hustle and bustle shifts from the beaches to the Riva promenade and the Vela placa square. On the menus along this "culinary mile" you will find international dishes and Mediterranean island cuisine. The specialities, such as lamb or the typical Krk surlice pasta with goulash, are of course accompanied by a local wine.
Afterwards, you can take a romantic stroll along the Riva or through the old town and watch the vibrant life that takes place every evening in the summer months, or you can join in the exciting nightlife of Krk yourself.
