This excellent new and modern apartment is situated in semi-detached house about 2 km away from the sea side. It is very good connected with town center and other facilities.
Apartment is situated on the first floor of the house, approximately 50m2. It has nice modern kitchen with electric stove, oven, dish washer, coffee machine, fridge with freezing compartment.
There is dinning table with chairs for all. Kitchen and dinning area are connected (same space) with living room, where is Sat Tv, air condition, sofa where can be prepared an extra bed suitable only for child till 12 years old.
Further is balcony wit garden furniture.
In nice cozy bedroom is bed 1,60 width and wardrobe.
Bathroom has shower, toilet,basin, washing machine.
It is completely enclosed yard, with private parking, terrace with garden furniture, outside shower,
completely equipped kitchen in the garden, with grill on electricity, coal or gas.
Garden and grill are for communal use.
House is about 2km away from the sea, but surrounding area is a lot of green. There is many long walking paths for walk or ride bicycle, able to enjoy tranquillity in peacefully area.
