Two bedroom holiday home with a parking and garden This holiday house Jasnica is located in a quiet part of Malinska. It is near the sea ( only 100 m ) and beautiful beaches, and only 10 minutes walk from the center. The house is located in a quiet street with family houses, therefore it guarantees peace and privacy.
The ground floor consists of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen and sofa bed .. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine dish washer and a dining area, with TV , air condition, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a double beds ( 140x200 ) and another toilet. Bedrooms have exit on the terace with lounge sitting area. Each room have owen air-condition.
Holiday house Jasnica is a semi-detached house, completely fenced. There is a private parking lot next to the house, and in front of the house is a lawn with an outdoor shower, barbecue, table and chairs. On the balcony and terrace on the ground floor there are tables and chairs for dining, on the terrace on the 1st floor there is lounge furniture and deckchairs for sunbathing.
The owners live in the neighboring property and with their kindness and hospitality always at your service. The sea and sun can be enjoyed thanks to the clean sea water and numerous attractive beaches. Natural beauties, a pleasant and mild climate are important features of Malinska. These natural features influenced the beginning of the development of tourism. Thanks to its lush vegetation and microclimate, Malinska is known for its curative and bathing potential. For years, The Blue flag, an international award, flutters over Rupa beach as a recognition of its quality and its excellent beach facilities.
Beach Draga is just 3 minutes walk, beach Rova 10 minutes from the apartments, and offers many options for relaxation and enjoyment - parasols and deck chairs, bars, restaurants water sports, and especially enjoyed by children for which they are designated places to play and carefree swimming.
