There is an additional balcony from one of the bedrooms on the upper floor. Two or three parking spots on site. Next to the garden in the yard there is a grill BBQ and an outdoor sink.

The 83 sqm house has been renovated in 2016, with additional renovations and refurbishment in 2019. It can comfortably accommodate six guests.

The house features a spacious terrace (with seating for six people) directly connected to the fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with SAT TV. There are three bedrooms: two with king size beds, one with two single beds. The two bathrooms are complete with shower/tub and a washing machine.
