At only ten meters from the harbor and walking distance from the first beaches (Sprogod beach 200 m), the studio is the ideal base for your stay on the Novljanska Riviera (Kvarner Bay).?

Our guests can, for a daily fee, use a large outdoor pool with direct views of the sea and the island of Krk, located within the marina Novi (across the roundabout, 100 m from the apartment), the only marina on the Adriatic with the highest category of 5 sails. The pool is located on the sun terrace on two levels of almost 800 m2, and the price includes all-day use of deck chairs. The pool is freshwater and has hydro-massage effects, is connected to a restaurant, and is a great place to relax.

The studio is located on the first floor (not ground level) of a new building at Mel 11 address. The building has an elevator and two secure entrances. It is possible to enter the apartment independently (self-check-in) at the time that suits you best, using the access code box that is changed with every visitor. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a spacious covered terrace - loggia from which you can enjoy a partial view of the sea and the harbor. One parking space is secured in front of the building in the parking lot under the ramp.

The 30 m2 apartment provides accommodation for 2 people/ bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette.
The studio apartment offers a Box Spring EU King size bed (mattress size 160 x 200) as well as sufficient towels and bed linen, 42'' flat-screen TV with satellite and radio channels, access to free Wi-Fi, free private parking for one car, safety deposit box, modern bathroom with glass shower with handset and rain-shower, fully equipped kitchenette including a ceramic cooktop and extractor hood, fridge, kitchen sink, kettle, toaster, silverware, dishware, cookware, and basic cooking utensils, and some dish cleaning supplies, like dish soap, a sponge and paper towels.

Nearby, all within walking distance, there are large supermarkets & grocery stores (LIDL, Plodine, Konzum, Tommy), fish market, cafes and restaurants, hair salons, post office, bank, and a new well-equipped marina (beauty salon, laundry, snack bar). We recommend a pleasant walk to the old town of Novi Vinodolski (10 minutes walk), a promenade along the sea, lungo mare, towards Crikvenica all the way to the Wyndham Grand Novi Vinodolski Resort, a total length of 2.5 km, suitable for walking, running and recreation.
