These simple but practically equipped flats are located in a newly built house by the road that leads to other places (Zubovici-Metajna).6 km from the centre of Novalja New house with 3 apartments, one of which has air conditioning and its own terrace where you can spend many evenings and enjoy the beautiful view and is therefore a little more expensive than the other which has no terrace.

In the Castello shopping centre you can enjoy in the sauna or workout in the fittnes. All beaches are suitable for children and people with disabilities. The island is located in an ideal place, surrounded by five national parks, the Plitvica Lakes, North Velebit, Paklenica Canyon, Krka River with its waterfalls and beautiful Kornati islands.
