The 120 m² villa is lovingly furnished in a rustic style, combining traditional Mediterranean design with modern amenities. Located just 1500 meters from the sea, it's close enough for easy access, yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of hot summer days. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, creating a tranquil and pleasant atmosphere. Two gated parking spaces are available directly at the villa, and a built-in barbecue invites grill masters to cook outdoors. Adjacent to the barbecue is a covered terrace with a comfortable wooden table and seating for six – ideal for al fresco dining. A path leads from the terrace to the pool, which is surrounded by Mediterranean plants, including a 150-year-old olive tree that provides shade and privacy. The pool measures 20 m² and is complemented by comfortable wooden loungers and an outdoor shower. An additional terrace with lounge furniture on the first floor, accessible via external stairs, offers stunning sea views and invites you to relax. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan space that combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room features a comfortable sofa that can be converted into two additional sleeping spaces if needed. On cooler days, a fireplace provides cozy warmth, while an LED smart TV and air conditioning ensure modern entertainment and comfort.
