Lay-out
This former farm suitable for 23 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 582 m² and is build in 1900. In 2009 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 300 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 8000 m² Situated 4000 m from inlet. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A 90 m² terrace belong to the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 8 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 16 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 6 sleeping places on mattresses. 6 of these sleeping accommmodations are divided into 2 edlofts. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 induction cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 3 bathrooms with shower and 4 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 6 persons.

Worth knowing
The house is situated in rural surroundings, which may cause unpleasant odour. You can bring along 2 pets free of charge. Dogs must be kept on a leash and are not allowed in the first floor (bedrooms). Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

Super schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus auf dem Lande mit Mega viel Platz. Die Einrichtung ist dem Haus entsprechend aber gut Wirlpool sehr gut Sauna ausreichend Gartenmöbel neu

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus und die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten. Geschirr, Stühle und Tische sind reichlich vorhanden, so dass auch jeder einen zweiten Teller benutzen kann, ohne dass der Schrank leer war. ;) Durch die großzügige Küche und neben Raum mit zweitem Herd, Waschbecken und Kühlschrank lässt sich gut mit vielen kochen. Der Garten ist herrlich groß und gut gepflegt. Lädt zum Spielen, Toben und Chillen ein. Feuerstelle und Grill sind auch vorhanden. Zwei kleinere Wehmutstropfen gibt es leider. Zum einen ist der angrenzende Betrieb eine Schweinemast. Vom Betrieb (Geruch, Lärm, etc.) bekommt man fast nichts mit. Es ist eher das moralische... Der zweite Punkt ist für Hundebesitzer interessant. Zu der angrenzenden Wohnung (von den Bewohnern bekommt man nichts mit) gehört eine Katze, die unseren Hund, obwohl er schlafend auf unseren Füßen unterm Tisch lag, angegriffen hat.

Der lugter konstant af svin både ude og inde og af og til af kloak. Flueplagen er stor. Kun en enkelt netdør i hele huset Det er desværre det vi vil huske fra dette sommerhus

Vi havde et godt ophold med familien. Mange ting man kan lave, og så er der ikke langt at kører til f.eks univers Science Park hvis man har teenagere der skal bruge lidt energi.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön, aber der Zustand der Betten lässt noch viel Luft nach oben. Das Babybett war ne Katastrophe. Küche und Bäder sind top. Stühle müssten mal gesäubert werden. Das Gelände und die Umgebung waren ein Traum wenn man es etwas ruhiger und idyllischer mag. WLAN und Fernseher mit Cromcast waren super.
