No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 45 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 875 m² natural site. Situated 30000 m from the sea. Situated 20000 m from the Wadden Sea. Situated 500 m from lake. Nearest shop is 900 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1500 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Play tower. Slide. Football goal. Situated 800 m from a playground.Fire place. Shelter. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. Extra refrigerator in the shed by the entrance.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

General:
Das Haus ist topp ausgestattet. Badezimmer ist sehr schön renoviert und auch der Rest des Hauses ist mit Liebe zum Detail gemacht. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und mit einer Feuerstelle und einem Klettergerüst ausgestattet. Das Doppelbett ist 140cm breit. Das einzige Manko ist, dass das Haus etwas nach „Keller“ riecht.
