Holiday home suitable for 24 persons . The holiday home is 1000 m², in 3 levels, and is build in 1950. In 2004 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 250 litres. For the youngest ones there are 3 high chairs. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2000 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 900 m away. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Slide. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 4,5 m wide, 25 m long and the depth varies from 1,2 to 1,9 m. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 12 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 24 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 3 cots for babies (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 american refrigerator. There are 8 electric hotplates, baking oven, 2 hot-air ovens, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 5 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 7 toilets, hereof 2 guest bathrooms. There is floor heating in 3 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
The indoor prefilled whirlpool offers space for 6 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Stereo set. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Due to the size of the house extra consumption of electricity, water and oil has to be expected.

Sehr tolles Haus für Gruppen und Familien. Viel Platz. Indoorspiele - Billiard, Tischtennis, Airhockey, Kicker und Fitnessgeräte. Schauckel, Sandkasten und Schiebetor zum Schutz der Kinder vorhanden. Das Schwimmba< d sehr überchlort und übernäßig warm, was sich auch in extrem in den Nebenkosten wiederspiegelt. Nordsee in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir waren mit 12 Personen in dem Ferienhaus, das eigentlich Platz für bis zu 24 bietet. Entsprechend großzügig war das Raumangebot, besonders der große Poolbereich war ein Highlight. Auch für sonstige sportliche Aktivitäten drinnen und draußen ist reichlich Platz vorhanden, wie zum Beispiel Tischtennis. Das Haus ist ideal für Gruppen, die Wert auf gemeinsame Unternehmungen und Geselligkeit legen. Die Einrichtung ist funktional und bietet alles Nötige, auch wenn sie eher einfach gehalten ist. Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich war eher kühl, wir waren Anfang November dort, dies sollte für den richtigen Winter bedacht werden. Der Pool/ Sportbereich war hingegen sehr angenehm warm. Da wir mehr Wert auf Aktivitäten als auf Design für diesen Urlaub gelegt haben, waren wir als Gruppe sehr zufrieden.
