Dieses Steinhaus liegt ruhig und in einem friedlichen Ferienhaus- und Villenviertel. Trotzdem sind es von dem kleinen Naturgrundstück nur wenige Fußminuten in die Stadt und zum Strand. Der herrliche Poolbereich besitzt 18 m² Wasserfläche. Von ihm kommen Sie auch in die Sauna. Zudem besitzt das Ferienhaus eine herrlich helle Küche, die mit allen denkbaren Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet ist. Die Klinkerböden sind mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, die Zimmer besitzen jedoch Holzböden. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. 2011 wurde das Haus liebevoll erneuert. Das Haus liegt unweit von Geschäften des Ortes und vom Strand, an dem die Nordsee braust. Es sind 30 Autominuten ins Einkaufszentrum oder in den Zoo von Aalborg.
