Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . 4 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1987. In 2019 the holiday home was renovated. In 2023 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 2 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pumps. There is floorheating in the living room. Floor heating in the hall. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 280 litres (1 cabinet freezer in the kitchen with 3 drawers and 1 chest freezer with a capacity of 190 liters located outside near the fish cleaning table on the east gable). Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2310 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from lake. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Worth knowing

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Auch wenn es abends kühler wurde, kann man prima mit dem Standheizer auf der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
