The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1300 m² garden site. Situated 1300 m from the sea. Situated 350 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 600 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Playhouse. Trampoline.Fire place. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. It is possible to prepare the food in the outdoor kitchen. Plug for charging electric car is available. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.
