The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 73 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 1500 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 1300 m from the sea. Situated 700 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 650 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Football goal.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 6 m long and it is up to 1,2 m deep. The water temperature is between 26 and 29 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie und zwei Hunden. Das Haus hatte ausreichend Platz und viel Zubehör für Spielezeiten im Pool, im Garten oder am Wohnzimmertisch. Die Lage ist toll, wenn man sich Erholung wünscht. Um einwenig Action zu bekommen muss man eine halbe Stunde Fahrtweg einplanen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienhausverwaltung. Bei Problemen oder Anliegen wurde schnell und freundlich geholfen. Wenn man alles etwas entspannter sieht und nicht das Haar aus der Suppe fischen möchte können wir das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend nicht weit vom Strand. Der Garten ist wunderschön und groß. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz. Leider entdeckten wir zu Beginn Schimmel im Schlafzimmer, beiden Bädern, ein defektes Bett und eine defekte Kühlschranktür, der Boden des Pools löste sich und beide Duschen liefen nicht ab. Grob war geputzt jedoch waren die Flächen nicht Staubgewischt sodass wir drüber wischen mussten. Auch die bodenleiste der Küche war defekt. Der Zustand des Hauses rechtfertigt leider nicht den teuren Preis. Das Kundenbüro war aber freundlich und schnell zu erreichen sodass der Abfluss der Duschen am zweiten Tag gereinigt wurde, der Schimmel im Schlafzimmer wurde Oberflächlich entfernt. Mehr konnte nicht getan werden. Zudem kommt hinzu dass um das Haus herum Mausefallen versteckt sind. Ohne Vorab Information. Sehr gefährlich für Hunde und Kinder, vorallem weil diese auch um die Spielzeugkiste der Kinder verteilt sind. Die Fallen lagen nicht ohne Grund dort. Nachts hörte man laut das Nagen der vermutlich ratten am Holz im ganzen Haus.
