Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1970. In 2010 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² garden site. Situated 50 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Es war alles wie erwartet oder besser. Man merkt dass das Haus von den Besitzern zum täglichen Gebrauch eingerichtet wurde. Die Lage ist super für Ruhesuchende, ein phantastischer Blick auf's Wasser und in einer Minute steht man an der Ostsee. Zwar ohne Sandstrand aber in Sichtweite gibt es eine schöne Bademöglichkeit. Die Insel Fejø und ihre entspannten Bewohner sind wunderbar.
