Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 5 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 78 m² and is build in 1960. In 1998 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is solar heat. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² garden site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 10 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Slide. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Pets not allowed.

Dejligt hus. Skøn uforstyrret have. Als er en vidunderlig ø. Gode indkøbsmuligheder. Vi manglede en legeplads tæt på (bare indenfor 5 km havde været fedt).

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist super: Ostsee (Steinstrand), Wald, Feld alles in der Nähe und man kann die Natur genießen, die man mag. Wer Entspannung und Ruhe sucht, ist hier total richtig. Ein Fasan kam jeden Morgen und Abend im Garten vorbei:-) Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Etagenbett und einem etwas schmaleren Einzelbett ausgestattet und eher für Kinder geeignet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf der Insel. Empfehlen für einen Ausflug können wir den Rosengarten Frederiksgård (zu unserer Zeit war es noch zu früh für Rosen, aber Rhododendron, Lupinen, Akelei sind auch wunderschön) und die Vibæk Wassermühle empfehlen.

Selten so einen tollen und entspannten Urlaub erlebt. Das Haus mit dem Grundstück traumhaft schön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Sauber,ordentlich und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Natur und Umgebung ebenfalls einzigartig. Wir werden wieder buchen das steht fest.

Unglaublich schönes, kleines und extrem sauberes Ferienhaus, sowohl innen als auch außen. Ein sehr gepflegtes, offenes Grundstück, trotzdem vor neugierigen Blicken geschützt. Es sei denn, es kommen Wanderer über den Alsstien, der direkt am Haus vorbeiführt. Traumhafte Lage in den Hügeln von Als für alle, die totale Ruhe und Erholung abseits der Ferienhausgebiete suchen. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die neueste, aber sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail. Tolle, große Sauna und ein schönes, großes "Elternschlafzimmer". Wir waren als Paar zu zweit und haben das gemütliche "Kinderzimmer" nur als Abstellraum genutzt. Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Dusche (Tür und Duschkopfstange) müssten dringend mal erneuert werden. Sonst alles perfekt. Ein Haus, das wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Ein sehr schönes gemütliches Haus mit allem, was man für einen Urlaub braucht; reichlich Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Sehr bequemes Sofa. Das Einzelbett ist nur 70 cm breit - eher unbequem für einen Erwachsenen, für ein Kind aber wohl ok. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, bei 5 Erwachsenen hat eine Person es sehr eng. Für Kinder gibt es Spielmöglichkeiten im Haus und im großen ruhigen Garten. Gute Terassenmöbel für Kleine und Große. Der Alsweg (sehr schöner Wanderweg) geht direkt am Garten vorbei; auf diesem kommt man auch sehr gut zu Fuß zum nächsten Supermarkt in Fynshav. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, das Haus nochmal zu mieten.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut und es war alles vorhanden was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Einziges (kleines) Problem ist die Duschtür, es läuft beim Duschen immer Wasser ins Badezimmer.

Für ein altes Rentnerehepaar ist dieses Haus fast zu schade, aber wir haben die Ruhe und die Lage genossen. Eine junge Familie mit (kleinen) Kindern wird sich über die Spielgeräte und die schöne Rasenfläche freuen. Größere Kinder würden wohl eher den nahen Strand aufsuchen.
