The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 176 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 300 m² natural site. Situated 3500 m from the sea. Situated 50 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven, Airfryer oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Pets are not allowed on the 1st floor due to delicate wooden floors.

General:
?Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem kleinen Hund in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns direkt wohl. ?Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, Putzmittel und -utensilien waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Betten waren sauber und sehr bequem. Für das Doppelbett im unteren Schlafzimmer wird ein Betttuch min. im Format 2x2m benötigt, im OG gehen auch schmale Bettlaken. In allen Räumen gibt es reichlich Stauraum für Mitgebrachtes. ?Ein Pluspunkt ist die eingezäunte Terrasse, die wir allerdings wetterbedingt nicht genutzt haben. Was für uns nicht so ideal war: Da Hunde im Wohnzimmer oben nicht erlaubt sind, war die gemeinsame Nutzung dieses Raumes für uns nicht möglich. Unser Vierbeiner ist es gewohnt, ständig in unserer Nähe zu sein. Außerdem war am Silvesterabend und in der Nacht rund ums Haus sehr viel Feuerwerk, was für unseren Hund absoluter Stress war. ?Insgesamt aber ein tolles Haus, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen!
