Welcome to a spacious and well-appointed holiday home with high comfort, plenty of room and activities for both children and adults. The house is especially well suited for families, multi-generation holidays or friends looking for relaxation, entertainment and cosy surroundings all year round.

The natural gathering point of the house is the bright living room, connected to the open kitchen. Here, there is plenty of space for cooking together, long dinners and cosy evenings. The kitchen is well equipped and includes an American-style fridge with ice dispenser. In the living room, you can enjoy films, sports and games on a large 77” high-end OLED TV, while the Sonos sound system provides great sound in the house and conservatory. The wood-burning stove adds extra atmosphere on cooler days and makes the house ideal for stays outside the high season as well.

The south-west-facing 35 m² conservatory adds extra living space and plenty of natural light. From here, there is direct access to the terraces and the level natural plot. Near the conservatory there is a gas grill, and outdoors you will find a brick barbecue with an outdoor kitchen area. In addition, there is a large outdoor spa that can be enjoyed all year round. Around the house there are several terrace areas, a shelter, a fire pit and a pétanque court, offering great opportunities for relaxation, outdoor living and cosy evenings under the open sky.

Indoors, there are two bathrooms with underfloor heating and showers. One bathroom also has a spa bath and sauna. The games room makes the house enjoyable in all weather, with table tennis, shuffleboard and billiards. The bedrooms are simple and comfortably furnished, making the house work well for both families and larger groups.

For children and active guests, a large 5 x 3 metre trampoline will be set up on the plot. In addition, guests have access to a shared activity area with a football pitch, disc golf, football golf, mini golf, playground, sandbox and basketball court. Altogether, this is a high-comfort holiday home with many activity options and plenty of space to spend time together – perfect for summer holidays, weekend breaks and cosy stays outside the high season.
