Holiday flat suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 97 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 2007. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home contains a combined washer and dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 120 m² natural site. Situated 700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 700 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 100 m. A 11 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 11 m² covered terrace. Access to a balcony. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.
