Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 92 m² and is build in 1988. In 2005 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 952 m² natural site. Situated 450 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 400 m away. A 31 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 4 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing

Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen . Wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat ist es okay. Die Büsche entlang des Zauns sind ungepflegt und können so wie bei unserem Hund zu Gefahrenquellen werden. Hat sich dort an der Pfote verletzt. Es fehlt an Liebe und Pflege bei dem Haus. Schade könnte ein Schmuckstück sein.

Vi havde en skøn ferie i Løkken i uge 42. Huset er lidt slidt men ellers velfungerende og hyggeligt. Perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til by og stranden. (det ligger lidt mere i et parcelhus kvarter end i et sommerhus område) Vi har ikke en masse negativt at sige udover at støvsugeren var tapet sammen! og lidt svær at bruge ordenligt. Et af benene på sengen i soveværelset var faldet af, men vi fik det sat på igen selv! Haven er perfekt når man har hund med, da den er hegnet helt ind! Vi kommer rigtigt gerne igen :-)
