Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 1976. In 2009 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 90 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2600 m² natural site. Situated 700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 95 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 6 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.2 sleeping places in adjustable beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus an sich ist sehr modern ausgestattet, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist schön ruhig gelegen. Unsere beiden Hunde haben neben uns die Terasse gerne zum Ausruhen in der Sonne genutzt. In nur 10 min. ist man zu Fuß am Strand. 10 Min. mit dem Fahrrad in Løkken oder Grønhøj. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leider war der Service von Sonne und Strand enttäuschend. Wir haben keine SMS erhalten, dass das Haus bezugsfertig ist. Bei der Ankunft war das Ferienhaus nicht sauber: Hundehaare auf den Wohnzimmerkissen und Polstern, der Backofen und die Töpfe waren verschmutzt, der Topper vom Bett fleckig und die Toilette in einem schlechten Zustand. Bei Regen lief außerdem Wasser am Kaminrohr herunter. Wir haben alles mit Fotos dokumentiert und sind direkt ins Büro gefahren, um die Mängel zu melden – doch mit Reklamationen scheint man dort nicht gut umgehen zu können. Eine freundliche Begrüßung oder ein „Willkommen“ gab es ebenfalls nicht. Uns wurde gesagt, wir sollen zum Strand fahren, da um 15 Uhr jemand zum Nachreinigen kommt. Wir haben die Mängel zusätzlich auf Dänisch aufgeschrieben. Das Reinigungsteam meldete später, sie hätten alles so gut wie möglich gereinigt – den Zettel haben wir aufgehoben. Ansonsten war der Urlaub schön, mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und einer tollen Lage.
