Holiday home suitable for 12 persons . The holiday home is 130 m² and is build in 2014. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 1500 m² natural site. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Hereof a total of 40 m² enclosed terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 6 sleeping places in bunk beds.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Worth knowing

General:
Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben uns bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist mehr als ausreichend. Die Teller und Tassen sollten demnächst mal ausgetauscht werden. Diese sind bereits stark abgenutzt. Die Kaffeemaschine sollte dringend ersetzt werden. Wir mögen unseren Kaffee gerne heiß, aber das war nicht möglich. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich. Den Aussenbereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Zum einen war alles voller Spinnen, zum anderen war das Wetter nicht unbedingt geeignet. Für den Sommer wären Sonnenliegen angebracht. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.
