Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 130 m² and is build in 1971. In 2013 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 150 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 700 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 600 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 800 m. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere.There is a Weber gas grill at your disposal. Garage at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, mini oven, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Wir haben dieses Haus schon zum zweiten Mal gebucht und es ist für uns perfekt, der Garten ist privat und umzäunt (Hund) und es gibt sehr viel Platz! Nah am Strand und am Ort gelegen kann man gut das Auto stehen lassen. Das Haus ist schon ein paar Jährchen alt und somit ist die Küche nicht neu, uns stört es aber nicht ?? Wir werden wiederkommen
