Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 52 m² and is build in 1974. In 2014 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² dune site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 25 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing

General:
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr schön und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Allerdings haben wir ein wenig die Beleuchtung vermisst. Im Flur gibt es keine und im Ersten Zimmer fehlt es auch an Beleuchtung. Auch das Bad ist wirklich sehr eng. Es gibt hierfür leider keinen Schlüssel. Aber das ist für die meisten von uns doch eher ein Luxusproblem. Der Kaputte Wasserkocher und der Toaster wurden quasi sofort durch Sonne und Strand ersetzt. Am letzten Tag unseres Urlaubs wurde beides durch den Eigentümer ersetzt. Wir würden das Haus grundsätzlich nochmal Buchen, aber dann eher ohne Kinder. Für kleinere Kinder ist das Haus eher nicht geeignet. Da fehlt es im Haus und auch auf dem Grundstück an Platz für Spiel und Spaß. Hunde sind in dem Ferienhaus nicht erwünscht. Umso verwunderter waren wir, als wir die Hundehütte draußen, das Hundebett im Wohnzimmer und die Näpfe in der Küche gesehen haben. Aber vielleicht ist ja irgendwann mal ein Urlaub mit Hund dort möglich. Wir können grundsätzlich nichts schlechtes sagen und würden es kinderlosen Paaren für einen gemeinsamen Urlaub weiter empfehlen.
