The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1950 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 900 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Swing. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.2 sleeping places in alcove. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

General:
Das Haus ist noch relativ neu und wurde innen wie außen durchdacht gestaltet. Leider fordern die klimatischen Bedingungen nach einiger Zeit ihren Tribut. Das Velux-Fenster im kleinen Badezimmer hat eine elektronische Steuerung und war auf „Notlüftung" gestellt. Es ließ sich weder öffnen noch schließen. Wir haben „Sonne und Strand" verständigt, aber weder deren Techniker noch die herbeigerufene Spezialfirma konnten das Problem beheben. Dies war ärgerlich, da wir viel Wind hatten und das Badezimmer dadurch stark auskühlte. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr gut isoliert (unter anderem durch 3-fach verglaste Fenster), hat aber mit speziellen Eigenschaften zu kämpfen, sobald mehr Wind weht und eventuell Regen hinzukommt. Dies haben wir an den großen Terrassenfenstern, dem Gebäudeübergang und der Haustür gemerkt. Der Grundriss und die Innenausstattung haben uns hingegen sehr gut gefallen und lassen sich im Ferienalltag gut nutzen. Verbesserungen bei der Wartung und Instandhaltung könnten das Haus zu einem echten Geheimtipp machen.
