This house is ideal for a great family holiday or a getaway with friends! There are plenty of opportunities for activities all year round. The large kitchen and adjoining conservatory form the heart of the house, where you can gather for cooking and cozy meals. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There’s plenty of room for several people to cook together while children play indoors or outdoors, watch movies in the home cinema, or relax in the outdoor spa.

Sleeping arrangements: four spacious bedrooms plus two attic sleeping areas, accommodating up to 10 people. The bedrooms are grouped at one end of the house, with shared living areas at the other—making it easy to spend time together, yet also find privacy. The house has two bathrooms, so morning routines go smoothly even with a full house.

Indoor luxury with home cinema and conservatory:

This lovely house has its own private home cinema in a separate building next to the main house. It features a small theater room with big comfortable seats and fantastic surround sound—perfect for a movie night (or day), no matter the weather!
There's also a charming conservatory with a wood-burning stove, inviting you to play board games, read a book, or enjoy good conversation while the fire crackles. It’s bright, cozy and gives direct access to the terrace.

Outdoor spa, football pitch, trampoline and sea views:

The holiday home sits on a large plot offering plenty of space for play and relaxation. In the garden, you'll find a private smaller football pitch where both kids and adults can get active. After a match, you can unwind in the outdoor spa or enjoy views of the beautiful natural and dune landscape around Nr. Lyngby.
There’s also a scenic vantage point on the property where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine as the sun sets over the North Sea. Here, you truly feel the peacefulness and special atmosphere that the area is known for.
