Now you and your family or friends have the opportunity to rent this impressive holiday home in lovely surroundings near Lønstrup, with room for up to 14 guests! Here you will find 12 TVs, huge shared facilities, 5 ovens (including a microwave), 3 refrigerators, 2 freezers, 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen as well as a kitchenette – and you are welcome to bring 2 dogs. The entire property is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed.

The Main House:
The entire house was completely renovated in 2019 and now appears with exclusive materials and carefully considered solutions throughout. Nothing has been left to chance: top insulation from floor to ceiling, self-cleaning glass in all windows, marble, beautiful flooring, heavy curtains, and carefully selected furniture and details. The comfortable, exclusive beds ensure a good night’s sleep, and the overall impression is a home where quality and functionality go hand in hand.

The Kitchen:
The kitchen is exceptional and stands out clearly from what you normally see. With granite fronts and worktop, two built-in steam ovens, a traditional oven from Gaggenau, matching microwave, wide induction hob, and integrated extractor in the countertop – everything has been thought of. In addition, two teppanyaki plates for Japanese cooking, which are also perfect for warm dishes.

The kitchen also includes a coffee machine, two warming drawers, a refrigerator, two freezers of approx. 300 liters each, a high-quality wine cabinet, and a combined fridge/freezer from Liebherr. The kitchen island is designed for bar stools around it – ideal for social cooking and togetherness.

Living Areas and Facilities:
The whole house has underfloor heating, and the indoor climate is kept pleasant with a modern ventilation system that ensures warmth without draught. The living and dining rooms include a dining area, chairs, and built-in TV. The lounge has large glass panels, which provide beautiful natural light and direct access to the terrace. In addition, there are three wood-burning stoves, six TVs, and a hall with dining space for up to 40 people – ideal for larger gatherings.

First Floor:
Part of the sleeping area is located on the first floor. Here you will find two spacious bedrooms, both with balconies and quality double beds from Høie. One bedroom has a wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower niche with bench, linear drain, and a luxurious rain shower with waterfall function.

There is also an additional bathroom on the first floor and a separate lounge, where walnut flooring, wood stove, and large windows create a warm and exclusive atmosphere with views over the landscape. Finally, there is a small cozy TV room with coffee machine and its own toilet.

The Wing:
At the end of the banquet/activity hall, you’ll find 4 bedrooms and a bunk bed in the open passage, all sharing facilities such as bathroom, toilet, kitchenette, garden, and terrace. The large activity room ensures no one gets bored – with a TV lounge, pool table, foosball, air hockey, and table tennis!

The garden is large and enclosed, and the holiday home is located in a beautiful rural landscape with peace and lovely views. You can see Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse to the northwest and Børglum Abbey to the southeast.

The entire property consists of the wing connected to the main house, with its own entrance and patio door. The four rooms are furnished with lovely, new double beds from Høie; three of the bedrooms feature wall-mounted TVs, and one has a patio door leading out to the courtyard. All rooms have windows overlooking the beautiful outdoor area. Bed sizes are: 2×180 cm, 150 cm, and 120 cm, plus a bunk bed. The rooms are all of a good, functional size, and the shared facilities cover a full 120 m². Altogether, the wing measures around 160 m².

In the small kitchenette there is seating for 4 people. It is equipped with hotplates, a microwave, two refrigerators, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a TV. There is also a large dining area for everyone in the common room.

Outdoors, the fun continues – the garden is surrounded by a wooden fence, and well-placed outdoor lamps create a charming atmosphere in the evening.
