Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 1975. In 2010 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is solar heat. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 50 litres.. The freezer is, however, in the outhouse Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 7500 m² dune site. Situated 95 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.
