Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 140 m² and is build in 1989. In 2024 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1900 m² natural site. Situated 940 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 65 m² enclosed terrace belongs to the holiday home. Swing. Plug for charging electric car is available. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 5 m long and it is up to 1,5 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.
