There is floorheating in the living room. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 125 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1305 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 700 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 25 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. There is an Easee Charging Robot for electric car charging. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet., hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Das Ferienhaus war für uns genau richtig. Ein großer und hochwertiger Esstisch, der auch hervorragend für Brettspiele geeignet war. Eine top ausgestattete Küche mit allen Geräten in echt gutem Zustand. Nichts fehlte*. Zwei sehr bequeme Sessel zum Lesen und Fernsehen. Die Matratzen und die Bettdecken für uns perfekt. Der kleine Schuppen neben dem Haus war auch groß genug um noch unsere beiden Fahrräder unterzubringen. Eine gemütliche Sauna und ein grosses Badezimmer. Die Einrichtung war hell und freundlich. Danish style! Die große Hecke im Garten war zwischenzeitlich von vielen Staren besucht. Ein schöner Anblick wenn dort alles in Bewegung geriet. Dieses Ferienhaus war mit Sicherheit für unsere Erholung und Entspannung auf Rømø hauptverantwortlich. *= die Suppenkelle haben wir im Aufgussbottich in der Sauna gefunden... ????
