The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Das Ferienhaus punktet mit einer sehr guten Lage, nah an den Dünen und ideal für Urlaub mit Hund. Für bis zu 6 Personen ist es grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet, sodass man alles Wichtige vorfindet. Allerdings gibt es einige Schwachstellen: Das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig, das Kochfeld wirkt in die Jahre gekommen, Rollos sind teilweise defekt oder gar nicht mehr vorhanden, und manche Fenster sind undicht, wodurch es bei Wind zieht. Auch die Umgebung des Hauses wirkt leider etwas ungepflegt. Insgesamt aber ein solides Ferienhaus mit Potenzial – mit etwas Pflege und Renovierung könnte es richtig schön werden.
