Holiday home suitable for 10 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 147 m² and is build in 2006. In 2011 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2000 m² natural site. Situated 150 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,3 m wide, 5 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

General:
Das Haus hat den Bildern entsprochen, es ist super ausgestattet, geräumig und hat alle was man braucht (außer ein Schutzgitter für den Kamin). Der Kamin ist leider nicht im Wohnbereich. Das Grundstück ist riesig und mit Trampolin, Sandkasten, Nestschaukel und Feuerstelle ausgestattet. Die Ferienhaussiedlung ist sehr schön und ruhig, in etwa 3 Minuten Fußweg ist man am Strand, wo man auch Plattfische angeln kann. Sogar Seehunde haben wir an einem Morgen gesichtet. Das Haus selbst ist natürlich etwas älter aber bis auf einige Spinnenweben im Außenbereich (völlig normal im September) sauber. Pool und Sauna funktionieren einwandfrei. Alle Basics die man braucht, sind vorhanden. Kleines Manko: der Fernseher empfängt nur öffentlich rechtliche deutschsprachige Sender.
