The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. There is solar heat. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 2878 m² natural site. A part of the site is fenced. Situated 500 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 7000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 12000 m. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 30 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Playhouse. Trampoline. Play tower. Slide. Seesaw. Football goal.Fire place. Outdoor shower. It is possible to prepare the food in the outdoor kitchen. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. CEE socket. With 5 kW power output. All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa beds (single).- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex and 2 in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

General:
Auf den Bildern sieht man ja, das es nicht das neueste Haus ist, aber es ist sehr sehr gut gepflegt und hat eine Innenausstattung, die Vermuten lässt, dass der Eigentümer Tischler ist. Was auf den Bildern nicht klar erkennbar ist, ist dass es eigentlich zwei Gärten sind. Einmal der offener Teil vor dem Haus und dann noch ein komplett eingezäunten hinterer Teil, was für unseren Ausreisserhund perfekt war, da der Zaun stabil und ca 1 Meter hoch ist. Auch zu erwähnen ist, dass wir immer ein windgeschütztes sonniges Plätzchen gefunden haben ( Bei Temperaturen im September nicht unwichtig!)
