Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 937 m² garden site. Situated 230 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Carport is at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.1 sleeping place in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Lage war okay, kein Badestrand in der Nähe, aber ein Steg. Viele Ecken im Haus und aussen aufgrund der Konstruktion, wir haben uns mehrfach den Kopf gestossen. Die Betten waren gut.

Das Haus hat ein paar Baustellen, aber für uns als Familie aus der Großstadt war es einfach perfekt! Es gab genügend Platz, eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche, einen Garten, nicht an der Straße. Wobei man dort auch nicht von Straße reden kann, es ist ein ruhiges Endhaus an einen Weg. Für die Kinder war alles vorhanden, vom Hocker über Kinderbesteck bis hin zu Sandspielzeug, da waren wir wirklich happy! Der Weg zum Wasser ist nur ein kleiner kurzer Spaziergang!

Super fin indretning og dejligt lyst hus med en fantastisk terrasse rundt om det meste af huset. Dejlig lukket have. Et stille og roligt sted.

Fantastisk ferie, dejligt sommerhus, skønt vejr dog koldt om morgenen da vi valgte ikke at bruge brændeovn og varmepumpe.
